Hospitality has always brought us back to the water.
We’re Fabiola and Nim, and for years we’ve welcomed guests through our yacht-charter businesses, creating relaxed, personal experiences shaped around life by the sea.
Seaside Fajardo brings that same approach ashore. We created two thoughtfully renovated waterfront studios where couples can slow down, wake up to beautiful views, and experience the best of Puerto Rico’s east coast.
We personally oversee both studios and believe the details matter: a spotless space, comfortable surroundings, responsive communication, and helpful recommendations when you need them. Tide and Reef share the same waterfront location and standards, but each offers its own view and atmosphere.

Each studio comfortably sleeps two guests in one queen bed. They're designed as a couple's retreat rather than a group rental.
Is there a pool?
Yes — both studios share access to the building's pool at Condominio Marina Lanais, a short walk from your door. Note: it is closed for renovation until November 21, 2026.
Is parking included?
Yes, free covered on-site parking is included, with a security guard at the garage entrance. Free street parking is also available nearby.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Both studios use keyless self check-in.
Are the studios pet-friendly?
No — both studios are maintained pet-free, and smoking and events are not permitted.
How close is the beach?
Seven Seas Beach is about five minutes by car, and Bahía Las Croabas — with restaurants and water taxis to Palomino and Icacos — is a five-minute walk.
